A binding agreement between the Customer and Company will come into
(a) Customer has completed and submitted to us an online booking form
using our Website; and
(b) Company has accepted the booking by providing a unique booking code or booking
2. Customer Online booking
(a) The “Online Booking” is valid only for the time, date, product,
price and for the Car Park specified in the Booking. Use at other times and locations,
and use of other parking products and services, will incur the standard Tariff displayed
at the Entry of each Car Park.
(b) The Online Booking is non-transferable between the different Car
(c) Customer must not resell or lease the Online Booking to any person,
or attempt to do so.
(a) When Customer makes an Online Booking, a payment is required for:
• the Booking Fee for booking an access to the specified Car Park;
• the Online Parking Fee for use of the access and its duration; and

Fee, where applicable, before submitting the completed booking form. Customer must pay
these amounts using any of the credit cards that are accepted. Details are shown on our

4. Cancellations and changes
Customer may cancel the Online Booking up to 24 hours before the
commencement of Booking Period. In that case, the Company will:
(a) refund Parking Fee only.
(b) Customer is unable to cancel the Online Booking with less than 24
hours notice before the start of the Booking Period.
(c) Customer will not receive a refund if he or she does not redeem
Online Booking for any reason – unless that reason was due Company actions. The terms
below set out the circumstances in which Company may provide a refund as a result of

(a) Different prices apply outside the Booking Period. If Customer
arrives outside the booking period and/or product specific grace period, so that the
Vehicle is parked in the specified Car Park for any time outside the Booking Period,
Customer will be charged for that time at the Standard Tariffs displayed at the Entry of
each car park.
(b) If paragraph (a) applies, the standard Tariff will be payable in
addition to the Booking Fee and the Online Parking Fee. This will apply even if the
total stay is no longer than the Booking Period.
(c) No refund will be made if the stay is shorter than the Booking

6. When Customer arrives at the Car Park
(a) To redeem the Online Booking, Customer must:
• arrive with Vehicle at the specified Car Park at the start of the

• receive a physical Ticket (in exchange of the reference) or access by
plate number where the barrier will open automatically.
(b) If Customer enters the specified Car Park using a different

details, Customer will incur charges at the standard Tariffs upon exit or may be denied
Access. These will apply in addition to the Booking Fee and Online Parking Fee. Customer
will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the Booking Fee or Online Parking
(c) If Customer arrives at the specified Car Park outside of the Grace
Period allowed for the nominated online booking product, Customer will incur charges at
the standard tariffs upon exit. These will apply in addition to the Booking Fee and
Online Parking Fee. Customer will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the
Booking Fee or Online Parking Fee.
(d) Customer must comply with the General Terms and Conditions at all
times while in the Car Park, and upon entry and exit to the Car Park. The General terms
and Conditions may be collected from the Car Park Reception.
7. Cancellation by Company
(a) In some circumstances, the Company may:
• cancel the Online Booking;
• elect not to provide the service specified in the Online Booking; or
• be unable to provide the service specified in the Online Booking
(b) If any of those events happens, Company will refund to the full
amount of the Booking Fee and Online Parking Fee, unless that event was by reason of:
• failure to comply with these Online Booking Terms and Conditions or
the Car Parking Terms and Conditions in some material respect; or
• failure to attend at the Car Park during the Booking Period;
• provide different Booking information such as personal or Vehicle
8. The Online Booking service
Company will use due care and skill in providing the service. However,
Company does not guarantee that the service:
(a) be available at all times, or that the use will be uninterrupted or
(b) be available for, or provide access to, all our Car Parks; or
(c) not cause damage or that the Company is free from any computer
virus or any other defect.
The Company may vary the number and location of Car Parks areas that
are available, and the additional services available for each Car Park.
9. Personal information
(a) Customer will be asked to provide personal information. If Customer
does not provide this information, Customer will not be able to complete the online

(a) We can change these Online Booking Terms and Conditions at any time
by posting the updated version to our Website.
(b) Any changes we make to these Online Booking Terms and Conditions
will not affect any Online Booking made before the updated version is posted on the
